Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on triberitual.com (the “Platform”) are processed and delivered by Tribe Ritual Private Limited (“Tribe Ritual”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to serviceable pin codes across India. We do not ship outside India at this time.

Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours of the order being received, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company / post office norms.

Delivery Timelines

Orders have a delivery ETA of 5–7 days from the date of dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier company / post office norms.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, the applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
  • All product prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Any shipping cost levied by Tribe Ritual is non-refundable.

Delivery Address and Order Confirmation

Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by you at the time of purchase. Please ensure your address, pin code and phone number are complete and correct. Confirmation of your order and its shipment will be sent to the email ID specified at the time of placing your order.

Delays in Delivery

Tribe Ritual shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeline, please contact us and we will help you track it.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us in writing within 72 hours of delivery with a photo of the delivered order. Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for full details.
